SEKO Award for Excellence
SEKO is excited to announce the SEKO Award for Excellence! This Excellence Award was created to recognize the SEKO employee that has exemplified SEKO's Core Values of Respect, Customer Focus, Integrity, Teamwork, and Fun, and has gone "above and beyond" in doing so.

The Excellence Award is a symbol of distinguished performance within our Company. When an employee receives an Excellence Award, it signifies that the employee's performance left a lasting impression on the internal or external customer. So much so that the customer took the time to communicate to SEKO how the employee did what it took to get the job done.

Considerations when Nominating:

1.	Do you have specific example(s) of how the employee went outside the scope of their regular duties to assist the customer?
2.	How complex was the issue, and was the issue resolved in a reasonable timeframe?
3.	How did the employee's behavior support the SEKO Core Values of:   Respect, Customer Focus, Integrity, Teamwork, and Fun?
