In November of 2002, SEKO launched an aggressive initiative to re-engineer its Information
Technology, literally from a blank white board. The initiative included an entirely new
hardware platform, brand new Transportation Management Systems (TMS), new Warehouse
Management System (WMS), and a refreshing new Internet application that openly shares our
information with our customers. Along the way, enhanced automation found its way into the
process as well. It includes bar code scanning, driver automation, vertical applications,
online delivery scheduling, automated voice response systems, instant messaging and
document imaging. Our goal is to utilize the latest technologies in order to create a
seamless flow of information and give our customers the ultimate in supply chain visibility.
A little more than five years into the initiative and we can now proudly say
"mission accomplished." Our technology is completely redesigned and enhanced from top to bottom.

The suite of applications that make up SEKO's technology system is called SEKO RED.
It includes a comprehensive, Web-based North American and International Transportation
Management System. It also includes a SEKO-developed Warehouse Management System
that includes many 3PL features and functions not found in traditional 3PL applications.
All SEKO Stations are linked to these systems.

Additionally there is MySEKO, our customer's window into everything we do for them. From their
office or from any Internet connection our customers can view,update and transact any
business related to the services SEKO is providing. We recently launched MySEKO version
2.0, which now offers international shipment booking, issues management, a desktop
shipment calendar and additional reports. Enhancements during 2007 include a tradeshow
add-on as well as a distribution management application. Over one million shipments
have been booked on MySEKO and many of our customers have integrated its comprehensive
functionality into their business processes through a variety of different integration
tools that SEKO supports.
