Air Freight
When it comes to International Air Freight, every
SEKO office has the same goal—to provide outstanding service and competitive pricing.
Our experience in international air freight helps us meet those goals, seven days
a week, 365 days a year.
Air freight is fully 50 percent of our business. We know air freight. We have real
SEKO offices--not just agents--in over 40 countries worldwide, offering our customers
enormous flexibility in flight times, dates and delivery schedules. In addition,
we feature regularly scheduled flights from select U.S. gateway cities, offering
bi-weekly deliveries to 20 destinations around the globe. By consolidating orders
to build a full container, we are able to negotiate lower prices, minimize handling,
secure your freight, and give you a competitive advantage.
Routing Specialists
Our value added services include routing specialists, who will ask you when the
freight needs to arrive, and then tailor our services accordingly. If there’s flexibility
in your delivery date, our expertise in international markets can save you even
more money. If your freight is on a tight deadline, we supplement our commercial
lift with dedicated and part-charter flights that will offer you any aircraft, from
nearly anywhere to nearly anywhere, carrying nearly anything.
Communication First, Last and Always
The key to our success is pro-active communication with a personal touch. Our specialists
will walk you through the entire process, keeping you involved and informed. Only
SEKO can give you this kind of superior service at such competitive rates. Customer
service is what we do.

Relationships with Select Partners
At SEKO, we’ve concentrated on forming long-term relationships with select worldwide
airlines and cartage companies. Through these alliances, we are able to negotiate
the best pricing available for our customers. In our most critical market areas
we have blocked space agreements in place that guarantee us capacity during both
low and high seasons, with the flexibility to expand or contract these commitments,
based on customer need.
Compliance
SEKO works with you to maintain global compliance for air exports as well as imports
all around the world. In doing so, we become more than just a service provider,
but rather, a true supply chain partner. We’ll provide support as you increase your
number of sourcing countries, or as you expand your customer base around the globe.
Complex Documentation Made Simple
At SEKO, we’re committed to providing our customers with flawless service and fewer
headaches. That means handling specialized documentation for shipping to certain
countries, such as countries in the Middle East. We provide certificates of origin,
registration, letters of credit and much more. We even do banking.
50 U.S. Offices Handle Arrivals
The scope and coverage of our offices enable us to handle arrivals with skill and
ease. We have the experience to facilitate inbound shipments quicker than the competition.
And, because every SEKO office is locally owned and operated, you know they’re working
hard to provide the best possible service.
SEKO is C-TPAT Certified
C-TPAT (Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism) is a voluntary U.S. government
program that helps to ensure the safety and integrity of international shipments.
The program defines security guidelines for all business partners in the supply
chain. That means fewer examinations, an emphasis on self-policing versus Customs
verification, a competitive advantage over companies who are not C-TPAT certified,
and improved supply chain security. SEKO was awarded C-TPAT certification in January,
2004.
